Our uniform has been hand selected from various local and international stockists to ensure that you're receiving the highest quality, comfort and of course modern style that reflects our modern pace here at Malloch McClean +MORE. The uniform is not compulsory but we strongly believe that you will enjoy the new look so much that you will be dressed in our wardrobe most days. A uniform is an important and distinctive brand asset and we look forward to seeing you all wearing your new wardrobe with pride. 

How it works

You order what you need, when you need it! We are also excited to offer everyone with three free items from the list below. You can double up on one style or have 3 of the same items.

How to order your 3 free items

Add the 3 x free items you want to the cart, use the promo code: FREE and proceed to checkout. A $0.00 dollar value will appear once the promo code is entered. Confirm order and proceed. No Payment is required throughout the process.

A copy of the order summary will be sent to you and Malloch McClean +MORE. Orders are placed on Monday at 5pm and will take between 12-21 working days to arrive. 

How to order additional items 

Please ensure clothing purchased after your free items are ordered separately. Clothing you choose to purchase after your free items will be subsidised by Malloch McClean +MORE by 50% and deducted from your pay either as a lump sum or a minimum of $25 per fortnight until paid off (we will be in contact with you to ask what option you would like to proceed with). The full price of each item is shown as well as the 50% discounted price that you will pay e.g. jacket = $150.65 you pay the 50% subsidised cost of $75.33.

Follow the same process as above.

Add the items to your cart use the promo code: MMCA and proceed to checkout.

No upfront payment is required through the website which is why a $0.00 dollar value will appear once the promo code is entered.

Confirm order and proceed. Once we receive your order we will then start to deduct the 50% from your next pay. A record will be kept by Malloch McClean +MORE to ensure we keep track of your complimentary items as well as ensure your pay is correctly deducted for items that are subsidised. 

Sizing

We have had a few questions about sizing and we won’t to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible in you new garment(s). To make sure your clothing is the right fit, we will order the garment(s) in and let you try them on before they get branded. Once you receive the garment(s) you will have 4 days to let us know if the garment(s) are the correct size or not. If they are the right size, we will collect the garment(s) from you and send them away to get branded. If they are the incorrect size, we will return the garment(s) to the stockist and re-order the correct size.

Please note, for the garment(s) to be returned they have to meet the below guidelines:

 

• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Damaged garments can not be returned. 

Terms & Conditions 

As a member of the Malloch McClean +MORE team you represent the face of the company. A professional appearance conveys a sense of confidence and quality. Professional dress consists of clean, pressed clothing with no rips, tears or stains. 

You must take responsibility to ensure good care is taken of your uniform. The uniform issued or purchased must not be altered in any way without Malloch McClean +MORE's permission.  

 

You will be provided some uniform items free of charge, these items are not to be worn by anyone else apart from yourself. 

If you wear any Malloch McClean +MORE branded uniform outside of work, remember that you will be seen as representing the company and consequently, behaviour and appearance should be appropriate.

What about my bottom half?

There are no changes to the way you dress your bottom half.

What are the expectations around dress code?

We have provided a mixture of styles ranging from casual to business formal and we expect you to make your own judgement around what is appropriate for your working calendar. Some examples below.

 

Men

Casual: Tee-shirt, Rain Jacket 

Business Casual: Polo, Merino, Vest

Business Formal: Shirt, Jacket   

 

Women

Casual: Tee-shirt, Rain Jacket 

Business Casual: Polo, Cardigan, Short Sleeve blouse, Vest  

Business Formal: Long Sleeve Blouse, Jacket

 

 

Casual: Mufti Day, Social club events

Business Casual: Everyday office wear, Farm/Business visits

Business Formal: Events

How to cancel your order

If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP at hello@mmca.co.nz. Orders are placed every Monday at 5pm, If you cancel after the order has been placed on Monday we will try our best to return your order.
